the bass player (far left) was a friend of a guy i used to hang out with at a shitty club i ran sound for. and when i joined Where She Wept the singer called us "gothic metal" and everyone told us to play with Veil becasue they were "goth" (more like shitty punk). and the other guitarsist told me the chick singer was a tranny and i later told that to a club owner who booked them. I wish i had a camera to have captured the look on his face. i was wrong though, it is a female. hah, someone even graffietied the ladies room at the bar she worked at. they wrote Johnny (pronounce Zha-ney) looks like peter steele on the wall.
