My name is Matt and I'm a massive rock/metal fan as well as being a writer for the UK-based Powerplay magazine. I also write for ThisIsNotAScene and Ghost Cult websites. I've joined this forum so that I can interact with like-minded people and to just chat 'heavy metal'.
I like almost all genres of metal from prog to thrash, from melodic rock to math metal. Not so keen on Nu-Metal or anything overly 'core', be it metalcore, hardcore or deathcore.
I look forward to joining conversations about it all!
