Well, if we talk about music here the cd's are expensives, the local editions are poor quality, the local customs don't allow you tu buy imported music or merchandise from the bands (just 2 parcels per year!!!!)...

Well, when I was a teenager I had a monophinic magnitophone and there are not legal rock records at all in my country. And so what? Many people listened rock and metal music in the low quality. But now we have web recources. Don't you? It's a normal situation. I think the same state are in many pleces in the world.
