Hidden speech in Touch of Red

Some of you know me as an audio freak, I plead guilty. Now then...
When the acoustic part starts, after about 15-20 seconds or so, the following speech can (partly) be heard (if you know what you're doing).

"On the behavior of politicians, and at times being rather weird - ... and they do things that... are not acceptable."
"...On the behavior of politicians..."

- Speech by something I only can think of as a priest. Some parts are inaudible. Tried to find source, but no luck.
"...Just as a woman, appease (unsure) him." (Inaudible for 10 sec or so.) "...woman, morally (unsure) - contributes to bringing life through indenture."
