High and low pass filter slope for guitars

I know its common to high and low pass guitar tracks around 60Hz and 12k, respectively, but what about the slope of the filter? Obviously there's no set rule, but I usually set the filter slope at 18db per octave. I'm just curious what people out there are doing, as different slopes have very different sounds.

Count me in as well. I currently use 60 and 12K as recommended by Andy himself.

12 dB/octave is probably the most common one used for all purposes. If you want a more extreme sound (usually in analog synths), try 24 dB/octave. It probably won't suit for guitar though.
