High Res Paradise Lost Artwork ??

Does anyone have a high resolution version of the full Paradise Lost Cd Artwork? I would like the full panorama with the Angels and Demons. I am working on some desktop backgrounds as well as background for the iPhone, and T-Mobile G1.

Any help finding this would be great. I have a high res version of the CD front but nothing of the back.
