I really want to get the renegade version... but I can't afford it right now. I want the Terminator 2: Extreme Edition more actually (my favourite and I believe the best movie ever - WITH JAMES CAMERON COMMENTARY *SCHAWING!!!!*) - I have the $2 Clint's Warehouse DVD.

I still think Christopher Lambert and Michael Ironside pwn it up.

What is the diff in the storyline, if you don't mind me asking?

I don't know that I've seen Highlander II. The first film's good though!

The story to Highlander II remains a little 'clunky', but nothing really is going to change that. Most of the changes are mentioned here..

The biggest change in my opinion comes down to the quality of the cut and transfer. The 'new' widescreen print looks phenomenal and really allows the cinematography to shine. And as I said, the bonus disc is really interesting. Especially the 40min doco about 'what went wrong' during the original making of the film..

$20 at JB or Kmart? Brilliant!


I have the T2 version with the James Cameron commentary too. It's unreal. One of the best put together DVD's I own.
