Leno. Conan really did suck in his, albeit short, tonight show tenure. Leno was alright, not great, but better with his primetime show.
I'd rather it go back to Leno then Conan and tell Fallon to fuck off, but that sure doesn't seem to be happening at this point.

I haven't been able to get (C)NBC for years so I haven't seen Leno's new show or Conan doing the Tonight Show, but the old Late Night with Conan was great.
How's Jimmy Fallon doing? Was he a somewhat adequate replacement for Conan?

I'm not against telling Fallon to fuck off, but it would be a step down for Conan to go from the Tonight Show back to his late show, on NBC anyway. He needs a big, fresh start on another network. <3 Conan!
