Actually I'd like to hit the lotto and become a hermit and live there. Seriously, it's my number 1 "country living" place. The "don't impinge on my rights an I won't impinge on yours" attitude is pretty great.

yup the green mountains are just great, if I was wealthy I'd live up there also. and over the border into upper NY state is also awesomely scenic.

I did my jack kerouac thing after graduating UNH, me and a couple of buds drove from NH out to utah, and then south into arizona. one fantastic vista after another. although our travel through iowa and such was met with much culture friction (guys in fertilizer hats and bib overalls scowled at us mightily) we had a great stoned time.
