how fucking gay

Why the fuck doesn't The End just print more of these? Unless this is some Agalloch inspired "rarity increases notoriety" thing, I don't get why this release should be a rarity.

It's not like it's a demo or self-released. The End are just cutting off their noses at this point, considering the demand. Just print 1000 more and let the real fans get it at a normal price! Fucks sake.

Haughm has said something along those lines in the past, so there you go.

I don't think Haughm is that self-obsessed - I've met him, talked to him, and he seems perfectly decent. I know he also gets annoyed when people get ripped off trying to buy the demo on eBay (see: Tranquillian).

I bet you Agalloch have the following in the works (in no order):

"Of Stone, Wind, and Pillor" + "From which of this Oak" - CD re-release
Live Album - taken from the Cambridge, MA show (they have a PA direct recording)
New Album (starting recording this Autumn)

And maybe that's why The End aren't going to print more OSW&P CDs, because of a potential re-release with extra tracks (demo).

That would rock. That way I could put away my original and only play the re-release. Though a CD with the demo plus the vinyl songs would be nice as well.

I think the demo being released on CD is a definite possibility despite Hugham repeatedly stating the contrary, but I wouldn't hold my breath for alive release...my prediction is that it will be all new material on any future releases, full length or otherwise...

Here's my thoughts on it: they have good live material (they admit themselves that the Cambridge gig was the best night they had). If they weren't going to officially release anything from that show, they would have possibly offered MP3 downloads by now.

So annoyed that he just days ago offered me a free test print shirt with the Of stone wind and pillor motif, that was never used. Only 12 made that are owned by the band and crew. I had to turn it down because it was too small.

Suck on that one Agalloch-fans.

Was it this one?

That would be nice. I don't really care about owning the original, I would just like to own a copy in some sort of tangible form rather than these mp3s I've been listening to for a couple of years.
