how would you approach mixing godsmack style vocals?

Out of curiosity it came to my mind how would you mix godsmack type of vocals



I'm interested mostly in fx information. It sounds pretty much dry to me, but still there is something subtle.

no but seriously, there's nothing out of the ordinary going on with his vocals, unless he's using some effect that makes him sound like a complete tool...i'm not sure

room/plate verbs on different fx channels or in the same fx channel ?

It all boils down to the performance for the most part on this one. Maybe a little bit of layering to beef up choruses etc. Nothing special
