Want to change the horrible nVidia logo that comes up when you start UT2004? Here's how 
Firstly, download the logo. For this example, I'm using an ATi logo; I guess there are probably lots more out there, but I'll put this one up for download. I'm hosting it on my home PC, so don't complain about the speed plzkthx.

Once it's downloaded, unzip the archive anywhere. Then drop the .ut2 file into your UT2004\Maps directory:
Then open up UT2004\System\UT2004.ini in a text editor - Notepad is fine - and edit the line that starts with
LocalMap=
(It's Line 6) so that it reads
LocalMap=atilogo.ut2
Bingo, all done Here's what it looks like in action:
The Skaarj dude pops out just like on the nVidia one, it's cool
