Hybrit + NRR1 noob tone test

Hi guys, I have made a short clip of a couple of riffs (boring arent they ).

I read and read and read this forum and am just trying to get to at least demo quality before I spend some money on a professional mix.

I have 2 versions :

Any tips that can help me are very welcome, im still learning and really just a guitarist not an engineer (yet) .

I like more the guitar tone in lolzgreg ASEM, but try to edit a bit the drum track, some times sounds pretty machined, specialy in the snare rolls.
Good start point dude.

Cheers for the reply mate, yes I think I agree with you, the ASEM impulse works a little better here.

The drums I really struggle with, I have to start reading more and practicing programming.

Your mix is very clean. I really like the guitar sound.

the only thing to work on is the drum humanization... which is very robotic.

But the overall sound is very good for me.
