"Rock Me", the latest song from hard rockers HYDROGYN and the lead single and video from the band's forthcoming release, "Break The Chains", will be made avaialble next Tuesday November 5."Rock Me" was recorded at Wireworld Studio in Nashville, Tennessee by heavyweight producer Michael Wagener along with HYDROGEN's Julie (vocals) and Jeff Westlake (guitar). The band also recorded another track during the same sessions that will be included on the upcoming release. "Rock Me" was mixed by both Wagener and Jeff Westlake to show different sides of the song. "Michael had done the original mix, which is big and very Michael Wagener," says Jeff. "Julie and I also went into Ridgeline Studios and did a mix for the video which has a modern twist to it. Both versions will be available."Adds Julie: "This release is going to be the first of a lot of frequent releases that may or may not be a full album. The price will reflect what it is, but we have decided that we want to keep releasing new material, so we have decided to probably make this an EP format and probably keep new stuff coming out every 6 to 8 months in this fashion."The "Rock Me" video features Holly Hines of Huntsville, Alabama's ANGEL'S REVENGE, with whom Jeff and Julie are currently working in the studio for their debut release. HYDROGYN has stated that there will be three videos accompanying the next release.
