A girl we know ask for us to play at a party she organizes to celebrate her Doctorate (sp?) degree in may or june. She gave us a bunch of songs to learn and the Final Countdown is in there.

We should be able to change it enough to sound pretty cool though, we will have a violinist so he will replace the keyboard in that one and some of the other songs.

I noticed yesterday actually that I have Joey Tempest's newest solo album on my hard drive and immediately erased it.

the guitar solo in TFC is kinda tricky.


this reminds me of that one new years I played with my band when we all agreed to dress up like a faggy hair band, and then I showed up all dolled up any everyone else was normal and like "we were kidding, I thought you got that vibe the whole time."

and I was in my mother's pink stretchy pants with hatred in my heart.
