hi ok i don't know how useful these pics will be but i'm putting them all up!

we went down around 11something PM. tons of people were there, like tens of thousands!

we ended up going through metal detectors and seeing Jon Bon Jovi play a few songs, including a horrible cover of "Peace Love and Understanding" that robbed the song of all of its power. he made some pseudo-serious speech about coming together. then some black dude in a suit got up and spoke and in the middle of him talking, the crowd started screaming and going wild because the rumor came on screen that Kerry had won Ohio. blech.

the atmosphere was very celebratory, no SPORTS-like violence, just people anxiously awaiting results and talking to strangers.
