I've been applying at jobs for over a month and nobody calls back and I follow up...I'm gonna go to a place that I applied at and they still have a Help wanted sign out

last summer I worked in a paper facility 10$/hour . But it was no easy job, we were working behind the paper machine most of the time ( maintenance ) and temperatures could reach 50 celcius ( or 120 farheineit I think )
