Well a benefit of being out on the road is the gifts people & bands give out.
I was lucky enough to get a hold of the new Arch Enemy......It kicks ass!
I´m happy with the whole CD....thats for not disappointing Us AE!.....its due out 8-25.......over hear, Eric & I have been sharing it back & forth, for bunk music. I´m going to end up with.........sorry Eric........maybe we´ll get another one?.....ya right.........
 
Heh...I've admittedly downloaded a few of the songs from the album, and I have slightly mixed feelings about it. It's pretty damn good, but there's some sketchy moments (Most of the song "Instinct" is rather mediocre...the intro reminds me of In Flames' "Cloud Connected" )...

And Liz, that sucks...I'd never make you pay for one of my demos. (Well, mainly because they're not really worth any money... :lol: )
 
This album is killer. I wasn't very thrilled w/the new chic doing the vocals on Wages of Sin, but I think the music has improved so much on this album it's not an issue for me anymore.


And DE...a real friend would have given you the new Dimmu Borgir instead. ;) "Death Cult Armageddon" may be the best album I've heard so far this year!

That would be more up Eric's alley (I'm sure he has it now!). I like Dimmu a lot (though Emperor tops 'em in my book). I missed out, 'cuz I'm saving up for another tour, but it would've been cool to see the guys in Norway!!!

To get back on the subject... looking forward to seeing Arch Enemy!!!
