we went to see cardinals/astros on saturday, which was a long defensive game- cards won 1-0 in the 10th inning. only really cool thing was that the cards' pitcher went all 10 innings without giving up any runs, whereas roger clemens only lasted 7 innings.

Baseball rocks. I watch between 5 and 10 games a week and am in a fantasy league. Basketball on the other hand bores the crap out of me.

you forget basketball. skip everything but the last five minutes.

and you're wrong about the Red Sox....they've been good enough to get to the World Series a number of times. but there's always been something wierd happening like the Buckner play (the stars predicted it)

or playing a team just a little or a lot better, like in 75 against the Reds.

Y'all just watch, the astros practice losing during the first part of the season and then coming back in the second. Y'all just watch. I plan on going to a lot of astros' games this summer.
