so we're having a dumb work "olympics" thing where we have lame things like tug o war, obstacle course, etc. and as a large number of people i work with are what i'd call "round bellied aging former athletes", they are actually plotting tactics for the tug o war. i must've lost out on the competitive nature gene and gotten twice as many that make me like making fun of others.
seriously, that whole thing about the A students always end up working for the C students is true.
while playing some horrid 'name that celebrity' taboo type game at a recent department picnic, no one knew a damn thing about Nietszche, but they all knew Brad Pitt.

actually, i think someone brought up the football player.
