Yay! I did some brewing once. The first beer I made with my friend was a porter. It tasted pretty good, was never carbonated, and had the bizarre quality of not having an aftertaste. Like, none. You drank, it was in your mouth and tasting not too shabby, and then it was gone. Never had anything like it before or since.
