I never knew people ate baby horseshoe crabs before

for regular crabs I know that works, but horseshoe crabs have tons of those inedibly feathery gills and plastic-like fins and stuff, don't they? maybe not the softshell baby ones.

I'd like to try it, but I'm not going to be the one who chances cooking it.

Horseshoe crabs rival sharks as a lifeform that exists in almost exactly as it did millions of years ago according to the fossil record, so think of it more like you're eating a dinosaur.

dude did anyone see that article about how they found footprints of a giant scorpion that was like 5 feet big or something from the prehistoric area? EAT ONE OF THOSE ALEX.
