Frank is a producer from Montreal and I'm his main mix guy...i've posted tons of the stuff we've worked on before (such as skiptheforeplay) and others.

He usually just sends me DI's, MIDI, and raw vox/synths, and i'll mold the entire sound with drum samples and either ampsims or reamps from Harvey.

this mix was instantly perfect first try and done in about a day... and oddly enough i did a bunch of new things i don't usually employ for Frank productions.

thanks clint! yea i can definitely see the cymbals being a bit much. i'm a sucker for loud cymbals... i usually end up doing that too often :(
 
i dig it, dude! could use a bigger 'vibe' but i love the drums!

id also get the vocals to sit within the mix just a bit more.... not in volume, but short delays to set it back justtt a bit (cln vox)
