If I was paying good money for such a crappy service then I'd be more than just annoyed and I simply do not understand why a company like Sanctuary has such a tremendous patience in this case.
Seriously, I think some pressure from the management could maybe solve the problems better and more easily than Skunk could ever do. All Skunk can do is only damage control, but that's it.
Besides, I like the Maiden board which is why I want it to be online and stable and I can't see anything wrong with this.
