They should steal the Wolfmother vocalist !! I also wasn't a big fan of the vocals. Their videoclips were pretty cool though !!

Honestly I think he was the band. I do not think they would have received any attention if not for his over the top vocals. The music is nothing spectacular. I own their first album because I thought it was amusing.

The second album was much more focused, better song writing not a goof like the first effort...Unfortunatley they did nothing to promote it in the USA and it tanked as a result.

I liked watching them on television when they came up. Rather funny. But I could never take them serious.

That could be me though, I did not give them any serious attention. Maybe they were better than I give them credit for.
