I'm interviewing Lauren Harris Tonight.

I thought Lauren's band was the wrong band to open for Maiden... I would have rather seen 2 full Maiden sets like Rush did or a more interesting opener.

I hope you hit her hard with questions about Steve and his choice of opening acts. Lauren's band is the second one Steve has had as an opener in which he had a clear financial/familial interest. Dirty Deeds in 98 was the other - Steve had money in that band. At least Dirty Deeds wasn't an entire mismatch. If it wasn't her band, there is no way that type of band would open for Maiden.

The interview went real well.Lauren was areal sweet heart.Too bad Iron Maiden weren't doing any meet and greets. After talking to Lauren, her manager escorted us outside to catch a shuttle bus back to the front of the venue.Steve & Bruce were hanging by the tout buses taking pictures.I stood behind the photographer watching but he made us move and then right when they were finishing up the shuttle came and we had to catch it.I heard the band ran right on to their tour bus the second they came off stage. They had to catch Ed Force 1 to LA.It was a crushing show packed to the hilt.I liked the way Bruce was using his flag pole durring "The Trooper" to hit Nicko's drum symbols. He was totally messing with him!I was pleased to see so many young new fans there. That's encouraging. Here's a pic of me & Lauren
