Given that history is entirely subjective to the victor's point of view, I'll grant you that point, since you're essentially saying "In my opinion."

Though how bands that formed in the new millenium are 'old' I just don't see in any realm of logic whatsoever.

Yes, they definitely are. They have some black thrash bands like Alastor (great band, by the way), but definitely seem to be a black metal label to me.
