Ok,this is the problem…
Assuming I have a picture of high quality and great size.Is there a way to convert that image to the size I wish ? (both size in disk and size of image).I know that can be done with PS or W paint but I was wondering if there is a program where you put the size you wish and the resolution is converted to fit that size ? one of the reasons I wanna do this is to easily make any picture to fit in my avatar which is 100x100 pxl and no more than 6.8 kb. How do you create your avatar ?

I try to save pictures with PS but the lowest quality still takes too much space on disc to be used as an avatar ! I need a way to convert the resolution only by inserting the total size in disk I wish.
Is there a way of doing that with PS ?
