This years award ceremony is taking place in Stockholm (Hovet) on January 7th 2009

Scroll down to Årets Hårdrock" (best hard rock) Click - find IN FLAMES click the star with a 1 on it - (You also have to choose your 2nd and 3rd favorite by clicking the stars next to the artist of your choice once done, a window appears Press RÖSTA - another window appears and in the field Namn write your name in the field E post Adress fill out your mail address another window comes up. It tells you that you will receive a mail to the mail address you just put in - if it has not arrived within 10 minutes check your spam open the mail and click on the link you have to do that to register your vote properly you will then be taken to the grammis site again.
The 2nd step: click Årets Liveakt (best live) and repeat what you did for your first nomination.
