Indie/Acoustic mix

I know, I know, we're on a UM forum but I've seen quite a few "Rate my mix" threads that aren't metal so I figured I'd see if anyone would be willing to rate this mix. This is a indie/acoustic project a couple friends and I have been working on over the last six months. We finished our demo the other week, and this is a track from the demo called "A Face Like Yours". Just looking for some general criticism of the mix.
