Linda - would you agree with what he says about Vic Firth sticks?

Vic Firth sticks are some of the most comfortable sticks I've ever played, and they don't slip like some other sticks do. Personally mine tend to break only because I rim shot a lot on the snare, but not as often as I break some other brands that I've tried in the past. I'm a proud endorser of Vic Firth for around 17 years. A great stick company! Always the perfect pair!!!

Linda, I have another question about sticks if you don't mind. Nicko uses his left hand stick upside down and I was speaking to the drummer of Maiden Scotland about this because he does it as well and he said that it's better for snare work and for heavier accents when used that way. Have you tried playing that way?

God, I love Nicko... the man is funny as hell...

If they go out in 2009, that means that they're doing the remaining albums!

Or at least to me they are.

From what's been said on the tour, they're not touring again till 2010 which will be for the new album.
