he hasn't really produced any Opeth albums right? I mean, he engineered watershed cause he was working for Jens Bogren when he did that album. Anyways, great producer, I love his work with Bloodbath and Katatonia

Interesting. Been watching his work lately to see how it is, my band were thinking of having him mix an album we're currently working on but not sure as there's not much info on him. Kinda hard to find out what his actual role was on the releases he's credited with. Keep hearing Opeth named as a band he's worked on but couldn't figure out where the link came from, this thread has cleared that up!
No slight intended btw, just hard to know what someones actual role in a release is sometimes!

I don't doubt he is. Just looking at a bunch of guys and it's hard to find out what his link is to Opeth. Now I know, awesome. Interesting he was Katatonia's live guy as I literally put them on month ago as a promoter!

Pretty awesome interview ! I'm actually surprised, I would have thought he mixed a bit less ITB ! At the end of the day, nothing technically special, but he seems to be someone who cares a tremendous lot about the details when he is producing and tracking. Seems to be a cool guy on top of that
