Were there any specific reasons why you guys didn't ask about the whole legal/ego drama going on between the "two" Fear Factories right know?

Our main constraints were a consumer-grade video camera and Dino wanting to shoot the video on that staircase. I thought it would be easier to get away from the noise, but that turned out to not be the case at all.

There was already an announcement being made... long story short, Team Dino gets to use the name, current litigation is over royalties, and COW is trying to play buddy-buddy and weasel his way back in.
