someone told me the bassist left and their looking for a new one
is this true? if it is that sucks that guy was sic

but they are taking auditions for new bassists

Yeah...that is weird...isn't he brother of one of the guitarists???? Hopefully they can work out a slot as the openers on the Nevermore tour. They are also big fans of the band.
