Iraq, why not Turkey?

While I was visiting family this past week, I watched a special on the Kurds which was very enlightening and made me think all week while watching the annihilation of Iraq's govt.

Question: why are we liberating Iraqi Kurds from Iraq but haven't given two shits about the mass murders Turkey continues to inflict upon the Kurds?

Talk about double standards...

I hope our troops are ok, but I can't wait for a fucking civil war in the States, it's about time for one again.

Yes, Turkey has a horrendous human rights record, BUT, they are a great ally because they are an awesome staging ground for US military operations in the Middle East.

However, when the Turkish parliament forbid troops from entering Iraq via Turkey I thought "well, they no longer provide troops movements, what good are they now? FUCK'EM!"
