I'm curious to know has anyone from this forum visited Achill Island or Clare Island? What was your opinion of these places if so?

great places but still achill island is my favourite. the view from the minaun cliffs on a fine summers day is awesome

Years ago...I was in Aran Islands...breathless! It's high time I come there again...

so that explains why you have not being back in a while. i recall those stories about you from the time you were on Aran Islands. I don't think enough time has passed yet.

I was on Inishmore, Aran Islands last year and it was lke walking through a dream (or rather cycling through one) This year I visited Killarney National Park and the views were breathless, not much of a town though.

after I finish my studies I'm planning a trip to Ireland and Scotland...
gonna see so much green fields my retinas will burn.

Sadly, I'm an American and the only other foreign nation I've visited is Canada. Hopefully that'll change in the future.
