HorrorHound Weekend returns to Cincinnati September 12–14, 2025 – and this year, they’re celebrating a major milestone: the company’s 20th anniversary. For two decades, they’ve proudly served the horror community through our magazines, conventions and events, podcasts, special edition publications, a record label, and so much more. Now, they’re inviting fans to join them for an unforgettable weekend as part of that celebration.
“As part of this landmark event, we have a major guest announcement that’s set to shake the foundation: none other than Bruce Dickinson, the legendary frontman of Iron Maiden. Known for his soaring vocals and larger-than-life stage presence, Bruce has helped shape the sound and spirit of heavy metal for generations. His voice powered some of Iron Maiden’s most iconic albums – including The Number Of The Beast, Powerslave, and Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son. In addition to his work with Iron Maiden, Dickinson has forged a powerful solo career with critically acclaimed albums such as Balls To Picasso, Accident Of Birth and The Chemical Wedding, further showcasing his depth and range as a musician. This summer he will embark on his first extensive North American solo tour in almost 30 years in support of his current studio album, The Mandrake Project.
Beyond music, Bruce Dickinson is also a pilot, broadcaster, television host and a published author. In 2024 Dickinson partnered with Z2 and released a companion comic series, conceived and written by Dickinson, as an integral part of The Mandrake Project identity to thunderous acclaim and on August 5, 2025, Z2 Comics will release The Mandrake Project: Year One which collects the first four issues in the series.
Dickinson’s appearance at HHW 2025 marks an extremely rare chance for fans to meet this legendary performer face-to-face.
And that’s just the beginning. As always, HorrorHound Weekend will bring together some of the biggest names in horror and pop culture, with more guest announcements, panels, screenings, and surprises still to come. Whether you’re a returning attendee or joining us for the first time, this show promises to be one of our most exciting yet.”
