Interesting news. Not surprising at all to me. He's a thoughtful, faithful guy. The one time I got to spend significant time talking to him - 5-6 years ago - he was considering further education (at the time he was thinking about law school and had a ton of questions about it for me - I was in law school at the time). Good guy - I'm glad to see this!

Also, we Minnesotans get to claim him as our own. He grew up (and still visits his family) in small town southern Minnesota

This is really cool. I knew about Mustaine, but I had no idea Dave Ellefson was Christian, much less interest in the ministry. I looked at his Wikipedia page and the part talking about his religion is pretty interesting.
