I doubt Sabaton would want anything to do with what appears to be a clusterfuck on film. I cannot decide if this film is a comedy or not.

It is satire. I have been following the making of this for a year or so. The reviews I read said that lots of the jokes are dated since the filming of this took a long time due to lack of budget.
I am more excited for the Nazi Frankenstien soilders movie coming out next year. There are two short 2 minute films made to get funding and it looks like it could be cool. Anything can be better than Dead Snow.

Yeah, it probably will be along the line of their Star Wreck films. I've seen Star Wreck: In the Pirkinning, and it is very goofball with lots of geek references.

You're kidding right? It's clearly completely satirical. The line "This just keeps getting better!" didn't tip you off? At all? If not, it's a movie about Nazi's ... on the Moon. Go ahead and say that out loud to yourself.
Anyway, for a little background, this movie started off as a joke, but then it raised $1M through a service like Kickstarter by fans who wanted to see it become a real movie. After it'd raised so much, whatever company made it picked it up and .. well, made it.
