I've been contacted by the bands "manager"(lol) about recording 3 demo's for a band who after putting their facebook profile online only a few weeks ago have already got a "this band sucks" page with people liking it each day.

It's a terrible glam revival wannabe band that doesn't really play glam from what I hear. I'll be programming drums. (THANK FUCK) Voice doesn't sound to use-able either :(

I know this band is going to be bad and a bit of a pain, but I'm literally broke right now with no immediate income and I'm more concerned with making cash than I am about the projects headache's right now.

considering the fact that some other studio chump would probably, gladly take their money, why shouldn't I?

thoughts?

See the positive and try it for the lolz

If I had to like every band I work with I would be broke as fuck
Of course, go for it! In the end this is just a job in which, from time to time, you get a nice surprise and record a band you like. The rest of the time is just working for money.
