Issue of the fucking year. Interstate 87.

well imagine you are in NYC (bronx) heading north on 87 north. Then you get to the 287 jct which says 87 North goes to the Tappanzee Bridge and 87 South goes to White Plains.

But you want to keep going North to New England so you take the road that says 87 North and you end up in New jersey. Except there's nowhere to turn around because it's New jersey so before you know it you are in Princeton.
 
yeah that sucks.

But before I ever go on a longish trip to an unfamiliar area, I make sure to have detailed directions and follow them exactly.
So I don't get lost much.
