yeah I am a zombie today though

oh dude they made me use liquid medicine which is SUCH a pain in the ass to give him...I asked for pills so I could crush them in wet food and they were like 'no'

then they said if this keeps happening they're going to turn him into a girl...not kidding

ha I've tried the towel thing but still, for such small critters they're amazingly strong.

my current cat troubles include giving the fat surly cat meds via eyedropper and then spraying her butt with another thing. she became too fat to clean herself, won't let anyone help groom her and ended up burning her vuvla with urine-soaked mats. awesome.

oh, and my other cat Moo has UTI problems too. We forcefeed him pills twice a day - the key is to tilt his head just right that you can drop it straight down so that he has no choice but to swallow.

Do you give your cat prescription CD (or is ot CDS?) food? I find as long as I keep feeding Cosmo (my cat) this stuff, he doesn't get urinary problems anymore. However, if I take him off the stuff for just a week, a vet trip is inevitable.

If you're not feeding it to your cat already, ask your vet about it. Cosmo had some serious problems a few years ago (he almost died twice because my family thought he could naturally "get over" it), but as long as he eats CD food once a day, he doesn't get those problems.

no kidding avi. jodi took the 3 dogs last week and spent $300 total. whip worms from new house's old dogs. yay. that's like a new TV.

Moo has more wrong with him than just UTI unfortunately, so he can't get by with good food alone. He has metabolism and digestive issues as well, so it's all a big balancing act.

my family has 17 year old Weimerainer that has no problems at all. It's strange, the dog just can't let go of life.
