Jackson DK2

I'm probably going to get one of these with hotrod flames this summer, it'll be an upgrade from my shitty Epiphone SG310.
Whats everyone think of this guitar and how much better is it then a Epiphone SG 310?

Much better bang for the buck than the Epiphone, that's for sure...

Right now, Musician's Friend has the DK2 HRF for $299. Can't beat that.

The HRF is OOP now, and the new Hot Wheels Flams looks better, has a matching color headstock and logo, but is at least $150 more.

Jump on one while you can, and it's a production model that was only made for about 6 months, so maybe values in the long term might appreciate...

I had one. Loved it. Had to sell her to get out of debt, which I regret, but I'm saving for another Jackson. Most likely the KV2

I just bought a used mint Custom KV... basically the same thing, but with Bill Lawrence 500xls...

Love the guitar, but hate the pickups...

I need to get a midi controllable programmable 31 band eq and make a setting for it, then I'll be 100% satisfied....

Plays like a dream though.

I plan to have a custom shop one done in a snakeskin finish whenever I have the cash, and when I feel worthy enough to own it. (LoL, it'll probably be a very long time). But post a pic if u have it. I have a Jackson DK2 and it's pretty good, ecxept for the neck wich is all too thick. Paid 8000 SEK for it ($800).
