is it only me then that thinks hetfield butchers this song? sounds like he is taking the piss at the beginning

ahh het's good at what he does, just think they should have picked a song more suited to him, say, dam that river, those high bits are clearly a real problem for him, he sounds fine by the end of it

its just sooooo cool to see alice on stage again, had chills during the final verse of would?.... short set, but i guess its for a festival, i just cant wait to see them in london, hopefully the set's a bit longr and has at least angry chair, godsmack and bleed the freak added to it

hi trax, u gif-picture say it all, u don`t like anykind of copy`ing music.

.. and i dosnt like too. i never load up anykind of official music cd`s or dvds - released form bands or labels.

if people wanted official music or videos from bands, so they have to pay for that, not downloading, steal it.

this m. concert was showing at free tv, for all ppl over the world and i uploaded for that ppl cant see that free tv concert, cause of anykind technical equippemnt or countrys in_that is difficult to watch it.

i think its a diffrent situation.

Anthrax and other bands wanted the money from selling records, cds, or dvds and it`s absolutly important for that bands, to get theire money for hard, very hard job. i absolutly respected that.

no selling records = no more music (thats my mind)

I can only imagine how much James ruined this song.. Listening to him ruin great Metallica songs these days is painful enough

Don't be so quick to judge---I don't know what's going on but James starting to tap into "THE MIGHTY HETFIELD" again slowly but surely, I'm listening to the show recorded last week at ROCM AM Ring where they did the whole Master of Puppets album and it's probably the best he (and the band) have sounded in years. There is a link to the download on Blabbermouth. I think they realize they have some competition again and it has fired them up.

It's too late for them IMO.. They have disgusted me and horrified me far too many times over the last 10 years...

Load
Re-Load
St. Anger (supposedly back to their roots)
All the Napster BS
James continually butchering classic tunes trying to sing lyrics that were meant to be screamed and growled..
The last and final time I saw them on the load tour was terrible...

If anyone can make them sound good again it will be Rick Rubin.... But I think they are too high on the homo meter even for him to help them..
