jean vest with backpatch item: hot or not?

I am about to create my own jean vest with backpatch and thought that this poll would be intersting: do you think jean vests full of patches are cool or weak?

I wear a sleveless denim jacket with patches on it...

I used to wear one with an Iron Maiden backpatch and studs all the time, but I rarely wear it anymore. It just hangs in my closet most of the time now

Only cool if you have homemade patches on them, like pieces of an old t-shirt cut up or whatever.
