wasnt Jim jamming with them when they were ALice 'N Chains???? (you know before Jerry Cantrell and those fools?) that would make more sense since Jim was in Sanctuary at the time of AICs birth...or he could have played afew shows with em when they were missing a bassist after Mike Starr left the band.....

MetalSteph or Sentient6, can you guys tell us?

AIC used to be called "SLEEZE" and they had REALLY big hair.

DOH! i faintly remember during the "clash of the titans" tour, dave mustaine giving the AIC guys shit about it. i'll have to re-watch some old HBB footage...
 
AHHHHHH so i was right!!! they were called SLEZE I believe...i knew a girl who knew those guys....thats when they changed their name to Alice 'N Chains....

Alice 'N Chains didnt work...Layne Staley got a whole new line up and they were called Alice In Chains...they ended being very different bands....very very different...
