Joe Barressi sample

I think we talked about this some months ago.
But now I was surfing blabbermouth and came across this commercial of Bobby Jarzombek playing these evildrums samples.
Considering it's an e-kit, I think the snare and hihat sounds a lot better than any stuff has been done before velocities wise.
Toms are too "hot" I mean it seems he plays always hard, but maybe that yamaha brain it's just not set up properly.
Well not the best sound on earth (I like it a lot anyway), but it has a different flavour compared to Toontrack and Slate.

There is Joe Baresi drums for BFD, and in the left corner there´s a BFD open.

When I played the video it says in the beginning what i just wrote, Joe Baresi Evil Drums for BFD

Snare velocities sound killer - if I was only listening and didn't know it was an e-kit I probably would have been fooled. The cymbals, no so much, but still sound *really* good.

I think I'm gonna have to pick up the SDX.

This is so unflattering for Jarzombek. It does show off the product well though. BRING THE MATHMETULZ:

This guy and Mario Duplantier are the best two drummers in metal IMHO.

Bobby's one of the best around - I am surprised his name isn't bantered about as much as some guys.

Lombardo, Hoglan, and Bobby Jarzombek - a good starting place for anyone wanting some metal drummers to emulate.
