OK...so I decided to bite the bullet. There are 2 versions of the album on the way from Frontiers. Revolution Renaissance will be in stock as well - at the end of next week.

I think with his recent killer performances on the Ayreon and Avantasia CD's, he's on a hot streak, so there should be some interest in his CD. Coincidentally, mine arrived yesterday and is at the top of today's play queue.
