not to say that it's still not incredibly lame, but jorn did start recording this before ronnie fell ill.

It's enough that Jorn was chosen by Heaven & hell to do the tribute gig. Great honour for him, so Tony, Geezer and Vinny obviously bear no grudge. And profits from the tribute gig went to the RJD foundation.

. Don't really care for the cover album since I like to hear Dio sing Dio and Jorn do his stuff. But a brilliant singer he is. It would be awesome if Tony would do something with him.

I don't agree with Wally dearest.

I also respectfully disagree. It'd be a disgrace if Jorn were to record the album to leech off Dio's death, but since it was planned way it advance, that's not a fact, and plus, dead singers are covered/tributed to all the time (and don't give me any of that Too Soon shtick), and if Jorn does Dio honour with his vocal performance (which I'm sure he will), then there's nothing to complain about.

From whats been said online Jorn is donating 75% of the profits. As for the art work the Black Raven / Crow thing has been Jorns moniker for a few albums now.

Wendy herself actually put the blessings on this album when Jorn was picked to sing at the Fundraiser for the RJD Cancer Foundation.
