whats the deal with Alan?

he has supposedly been going to release a book entitled;"Dawn of the Metal Gods" for quite some time now!??

i respect him as the founder of Priest and he did co-write "Victim of Changes" but;

1. what is his relationship at this time with the band?
2. will we see "Mind Conception",Holy is the Man",Red Light Lady" and "Mother,Son/Final Sequel"---properly released?

i would definitely read that book. Was he the drummer or something? cuz i know they had a sling of drummers in the early days and i have never heard of this guy

1. I don't think he has a relationship with the band at present - at least not a working one.
2. Any of those songs properly released (as in Priest?) doubtful. I don't think they ever properly recorded any of those songs/

Atkins released many of those songs on several of his CDs (One of which was called Victim of Changes which was all re-recorded early Priest stuff).

he sounds a bit like paul dianno for me, living off other people's success haha, although i did love pauls vocals and bruce cant sing those original songs as well as paul can.
